I think I'm just scared of writing legal disclaimers.  It's too easy to
imagine screwing up a disclaimer, and getting into some kind of trouble
with someone somewhere out there.

Thanks for the input.  Now I just need to decide where online to put it,
and what exactly to say about it in the supporting material, in addition
to letting it sit for a couple days so I can look at it again with fresh
eyes.  I guess I'll probably follow the CCD CopyWrite example, and stick
it into something like http://pdl.apotheon.org for public access.

What do you think of the name "Public Distribution License"?  I'm aiming
for "generic" in this case, but I wonder if there are some potential
namespace conflicts I haven't yet discovered.
