[CCD] something like a (very small) community

We seem to have reached the point I decided a while back would be "good
enough" for calling this mailing list some kind of community. There are
enough members on it now to actually bother posting something to it,
rather than just contacting you all individually in IMs.

So . . . here's what I've got:

The main CCD CopyWrite page, as I'm sure you're all aware (and as is
listed in the signature block of my messages from this email address),
is located at:
  http://ccd.apotheon.org

That's where the current "release" version of the CCD CopyWrite license
will be located. As members of this mailing list, I'll also point you
all at what I call my "development version" of the license:
  http://ccd.apotheon.org/dev.php

You can ignore the text at the top of the page. I just haven't edited
the dev page so that it automatically stays current with the design of
the main page, and I'm not entirely sure that would be appropriate in
any case since the text at the top might need to change to match the
license text anyway.

So . . . the point of this is that the above dev.php URL is how you can
view the current development version of the CCD CopyWrite license. I'm
always open to comments and suggestions, and will be commenting on the
ideas for further license development and soliciting feedback here. In
the meantime, I hope that Ogre (also of SLF fame) might be able to get
a lawyer with whom he's acquainted to give the license a once-over and
perhaps provide some advice or concerns. If anyone else has even
informal legal help on-tap, I'd like to get help from there as well.

Welcome to the CCD CopyWrite community mailing list. Feel free to
invite others, to comment, question, and criticize, and to kick of your
shoes and stay a while.
